Carrigan was a star for Queensland off the bench early in his Origin career. If he does stay benched after the final teams update, it’ll be a clear mandate from Queensland to have him fresh for the final 60 minutes of the game. He should wrack up some huge numbers.
Angus gets Luai back on the left edge, just like last year when he played there for all 3 games in the series he dominated. His club form hasn’t been as impressive as 2024 but with Latrell outside him and running at Dearden (new to the role), Cotter (not a regular 2nd rower) and Toia you’d think he’ll have some success tonight.
