Storm v Sharks

Sun 29/6, 2pm

Try Scorer Value Tips

Shawn Blore FTS & LTS @ $41 (most bookies)

Braden Uele FTS2H @ $61 on Bet Right (Could be similar on Sportsbet)

storm v sharks round 17 left v right

Uele’s scored first in the 2nd half every 30 NRL games. Yes it’s against the Storm but he’s been looking dangerous and like the $61 on offer on Bet Right.

Blore seems like he’s not value with most bookies happy to price him at $41 but he’s next to a red hot Munster and we actually like the $41 in a game the Storm at 10 point favourites in!

Titans v Cowboys

Sun 29/6, 4.05pm

Try Scorer Value Tips

Jacob Alick LTS @ $67 on Bet365titans v cowboys round 17 left v right

Alick has been getting very little minutes off the bench. But in what’s expected to be a high scoring game and with the Titans having a few Origin representatives, we can see him getting a stint at the end of the game if it’s not close.

He’s always a chance of filling in the outside backs as well. Love the $67 for someone who could be on the field with say 10 minutes to go and potentially in the backs if there’s an injury!

Panthers v Bulldogs

Sea Eagles v Wests Tigers

Try Scorer Value Tips

Terrell May FTS & LTS @ $67 on Bet365

sea eagles v wests tigers round 17 left v right

Terrell May’s been in great form over the last 12 months, he’s $51 or below on other bookies which we think is around the fair price.

Knights v Raiders

Fri 27/6, 8pm

Try Scorer Value Tips

knights v raiders round 17 left v right

Tip from Actuary Data Picks

  • Either team 1-12 on Bet365 @ 1.90

Raiders

  • Having a really elite season this year but have scored on average 8 fewer points-per-game on the road vs at home
  • Ruthless against sides with bad defences, averaging 35 points-per-game vs bottom 4 defences but 25 points-per-game against all other opposition (Knights second fewest points conceded)

Knights

  • Have struggled to score points all season but I think if they can get 3 tries, they should be able to stay within 12 points of the Raiders
  • For most games this season, they haven’t been able to field their strongest lineup but are pretty close to it now – just missing Leo Thompson and Adam Elliot but Elliot can be covered

Broncos v Warriors

Sat 28/6, 3pm

Try Scorer Value Tips

Jack Gosiewski LTS @ $67 on Bet365

Leka Halasima LTS @ $41 on Bet365
broncos v warriors round 17 left v right

Backrowers on the bench priced decently on 365. Nothing new.

Fair price for both of them are probably around $34. Gosiewski clearly better value but Halasima has been on fire this year, scoring in 5 of his 14 NRL games this season.

Dragons v Eels

Sat 28/6, 5.30pm

Try Scorer Value Tips

Joey Lussick FTS & LTS @ $51 on Dabble (LTS also on Sportsbet)

dragons v eels round 17 left v right

Lussick has scored a try every 4-5 games (depending on whether you look at his stats from 2021 or 2024 onwards).

Great strike rate for a hooker who often doesn’t get big minutes but should play out the game in this one. Love the $51s.

Dolphins v Rabbitohs

Try Scorer Value Tips

Aublix Tawha LTS @ $51 on Sportsbet

dolphins v rabbitohs round 17 left v right

This is one that makes us proud to tip. He’s been listed as a Centre on his NRL/QLD Cup profile but has played at prop and 2nd row in the last two seasons.

Tawha has 15 tries in 28 games in the last 2 seasons including a double in his last game in QLD Cup.

Feagai’s come in for Bostock and The Hammer is going through the Origin period, hopefully there’s a small chance he gets a crack in the outside backs.

If not, maybe a stint late in the game with the Phins’ undermanned pack and he can have a crack for us.
