Tuesday’s $25,000 slate

Bruce Brown – BKN – SG|SF – 46% – $6,000 – 52 points
Trendon Watford – POR – C – 0% – $6,000 – 30.5
Tre Mann – OKC – PG|SG – 10% – $7,800 – 39.5
Donte DiVincenzo – SAC – SG|PG – 2% – $7,050 – 35.5
Josh Giddey – OKC – SG|SF – 9% – $13,260 – 62.75

Bruce Brown is a player to consider in the new-look Brooklyn Nets, with James Harden departed and Ben Simmons not yet ready to debut after his NBA Trade Deadline move. OKC’s Aussie teenager Josh Giddey remarkably top scored in Tuesday’s slate, buoyed by a triple-double. He also became the youngest player in NBA history to record back-to-back triple-doubles, so he’s in form.

Monday’s $5,000 slate

Jalen Smith – MIN – C – 24% – $6,000 – 36
Oshae Brissett – IND – PF – 87% – $8,110 – 47.25
Lance Stephenson – IND – SF – 15% – $7,810 – 32.75
Anthony Edwards – MIN – SG|SF – 22% – $14,820 – 61.25
Naz Reid – MIN – C|PF – 6% – $6,440 – 25.75

There were only two games in Monday’s slate, coinciding with the Super Bowl, but Oshae Brissett’s name is worth monitoring. The Pacers power forward has consecutive 40+ DS scores, with a three-game average of 39.7, up on his season average of 16.1. Indiana were busy on trade deadline day so they’re a curious side for value right now given they’re in a state of flux.

Sunday’s $25,000 slate

Elfrid Payton – PHX – PG – 0% – $6,000 – 33.5
Jeff Green – DEN – PF|SF – 3% – $6,240 – 34.25
Talen Horton-Tucker – LAL – SG|SF – 2% – $7,170 – 35.75
Day’Ron Sharpe – BKN – C – 15% – $6,560 – 32.5
Terance Mann – LAC – SG|SF – 9% – $7,770 – 37.25

Lakers guard Talen Horton-Tucker’s name popped up a few times this week with handy DS scores of 35.75 and 30.25. Clippers guard Terance Mann has also offered some value in the past few slates, following up his 37.25 with 46.25 in Tuesday’s slate.

Saturday’s $25,000 slate

Oshae Brissett – IND – PF – 49% – $7,210 – 42.75
Rajon Rondo – CLE – PG – 11% – $7,110 – 40.75
Terry Rozier – CHA – PG|SG – 47% – $12,350 – 65
Killian Hayes – DET – PG – 0% – $7,100 – 36.25
Facundo Campazzo – DEN – PG – 1% – $6,150 – 28

Veteran Rajon Rondo joined the Cavs last month and has played more frequently since making the move from the Lakers but the key for his DS points output is minutes. That’s hovered around the 20-minute mark except for two of his past three games, both against the Pacers, playing 32 and 33 minutes with a DS points return of 42.3 and 40.8 respectively. He’s a gamble, with a relatively low floor, but he may be worth it.

Friday’s $25,000 slate

Raul Neto – WAS – PG|SG – 82% – $6,000 – 30.25
Gary Trent Jr – TOR – SG|SF – 19% – $13,330 – 61.25
Kyle Lowry – MIA – PG – 3% – $12,690 – 55.75
Hamidou Diallo – DET – SG|SF – 26% – $8,980 – 38
Kyle Anderson – MEM – SF|PF – 1% – $8,250 – 34.25

The Washington Wizards moved out backcourt pair Spencer Dinwiddie and Aaron Holiday ahead of the NBA Trade Deadline, opening up an opportunity for Raul Neto, which was wisely spotted by 82% of DS players. His price will be going upwards. Toronto guard Gary Trent Jr has been on a good run over the past few weeks.

Thursday’s $30,000 slate

Aleksej Pokusevski – OKC – PF|SF – 31% – $6,350 – 38
Jeremy Lamb – SAC – SG|SF – 2% – $6,000 – 34
Hassan Whiteside – UTA – C – 12% – $9,740 – 50.25
Theo Maledon – OKC – PG – 0% – $6,000 – 30
Talen Horton-Tucker – LAL – SG|SF – 7% – $7,250 – 30.25

OKC players have featured regularly in this week’s value lists, with Aleksej Pokusevski topping Thursday’s slate chart. The Thunder didn’t get involved with trades but are struggling at 18-39, so they’re opportunities galore, with Theo Maledon popping up too.
